“Mykola was in the forefront of consciously defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and independence from Russia’s armed aggression. He survived the enemy bullet, but did not escape the insidious disease,” wrote Iryna Kharchuk, head of Sosnivka village council.
A funeral service will be held today at 21:00 in the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Sosnivka. The burial ceremony will begin on 27 June at 12:00. Mykola Ivaniura will be buried in the Alley of Heroes of the Sosnivka City Cemetery.
