You can find out information about a prisoner of war or a civilian hostage by submitting a corresponding application to the National Information Bureau under the Ministry of Reintegration. To do this, you need to provide your personal data and inform the name of the person whose information is being sought.
You can submit such an appeal to the National Information Bureau through: – chat bots in Telegram and Viber; – e-mail: info@nib.gov.ua; – Ukrposhta or “New Post” at the address: 01133, Kyiv, str. Yevhena Konovaltsya, bldg. 36-B, year A2. In the near future, relatives will be provided with information about the prisoner, which is in the possession of the NIB. In addition, relatives of prisoners can receive information verbally by calling the hotline at the short number 16-48 or +38 (044) 287-81-65 (for calls from abroad).
