The other night, while patrolling on Zaliznychna Street, inspectors noticed a motorcycle whose driver was riding without a helmet and whose vehicle had no licence plate.
This was reported by the Patrol Police of Lviv region.
The patrol policemen switched on their flashing lights and signaled to stop, but the driver ignored them and continued on. On Horodotska Street, patrol policemen stopped a motorcycle.
The rider of the two-wheeler was a 17-year-old boy. The inspectors drew up 7 reports against him:
📍ч. 2 Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who is not entitled to drive such a vehicle) CAO;
📍ch. 1 of Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle without appropriate documents) CAO;
📍p. 5 of Art. 121 (Violation of the rules for the use of motorcycle helmets) CAO;
📍ch. 1 Art. 122 (Failure to comply with the requirements of a road sign) CAO;
📍ch. 1 Art. 121-3 (Violation of the requirements of the legislation on the use of vehicle number plates) CAO;
📍h. 2 Art. 122 (Driving through a prohibitive traffic signal) CAO;
📍art. 122-2 (Failure of drivers to comply with the requirements to stop) of the CAO.
By the way, in January-July 2024, 67 people were injured and 2 people were unfortunately killed in car accidents involving minors.
