Every year, customs seize hundreds of batches of goods involved in customs offenses.
Such property is sold through electronic auctions administered by JSC ‘Prozorro.Sales’ or SE ‘SETAM’. The proceeds from the sales are transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine. The auction price already includes customs duties, so the auction winner is not required to pay them additionally. The winner receives a certificate of acquisition, confirming ownership rights.
Information about the lots is available at: customs auctions and auctions for seized property. If the property is not sold, a decision may be made for free transfer, recycling, or destruction.
