In particular:
Internally displaced persons who apply for assistance for the first time and have been abroad for more than 30 days and have returned to Ukraine can apply for the appointment of payments 15 working days after returning to Ukraine.
Internally displaced persons who returned to Ukraine after August 1, 2023, but previously lost assistance due to staying abroad for more than 30 days, will receive payment upon personal application. This is possible 15 working days after returning to Ukraine, payment will be made for 6 months;
IDPs who, after August 1, 2023, were forced to leave their homes again due to mandatory/forced evacuation (including due to detonation by the occupiers of Kakhovskaya HPP) will be able to receive assistance for another 6 months.
if the person refused the payment, the accommodation allowance will be re-assigned if:
– after the termination of the payment of assistance, the person’s home was destroyed or damaged; – the person has moved again from the territories where hostilities are taking place or the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Reintegration.
