On the day of remembrance, 1 November, a general memorial service will be held at Stryi Cemetery for all the Heroes who died in the struggle for Ukraine. The prayer will begin at 14:00 near the rotunda.
After the joint memorial service, the clergy will sprinkle the graves of the Defenders with holy water and read the roll call. Separate memorial services for the fallen Heroes will also take place that day at cemeteries in the villages of the community.
The families of the fallen Defenders, as well as all those who wish to honour the memory of the fallen, are invited to join in prayer.
