We are talking about churches in Vidnyky, Glynany, Dmytrovychy and Cherepiny.
Funds for the works were allocated by the Polish Institute “Polonica”. Masters have already installed equipment at all four facilities:
- Church of St. Nicholas in the village Grape vines;
- Church of the Assumption Pr. Mother of God in the city of Glynyany;
- Church of St. Nicholas in the village Dmytrovych;
- Church of the Meeting of the Lord in the village Cherepin
The Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Lviv Regional Government Office expresses its sincere gratitude to the National Institute of Polish Cultural Heritage Abroad “Polonica”, its director Dorta Janishevska-Yakubyak, and Oleksiy Lozynski for their help in preserving the sacred wooden architecture of the Lviv Region.
We will remind you that in 2021, the Department of Architecture completed the restoration of the wooden Church of the Ascension of the Lord in the village of Cherepin
