Chapel Dedication in Honor of Hero Vitaliy Protsailo

On November 23, at the church of Presentation of the Holy Mother of God, Bishop Petro Loza consecrated a chapel built by the family of the fallen Hero Vitaliy Protsailo.

During the Divine Liturgy, the bishop also consecrated the church’s new iconostasis. After the service, a decree was read regarding the establishment of the Catechetical School named after Blessed Klymentiy Sheptytsky, which will be headed by Oksana Vasylishyn.

Bishop Petro Loza presented a certificate of appreciation to the parents of the deceased Hero Vitaliy Protsailo—Ivan and Anna Sysak. They are benefactors of the chapel with a statue of the Holy Mother at the Presentation of the Holy Mother of God Parish in Sheptytsky.

“Jesus Christ, in His boundless love for humanity, established the Church and endowed its faithful with special gifts so that each could serve the good of God’s cause. With gratitude and joy, we attest that you belong to those who have generously opened their hearts to God’s call. Your sacrificial support has left a deep mark on the life of our parish community and church. Your good deeds are concrete witnesses of faith, love for the Church, and responsibility for the spiritual future of the people.”
