The OL Science Festival will take place on May 13 outdoors at the Duck’s Lake location (Stryyska St., 200a). The organizers promise an unforgettable day of impressions, experiments and new acquaintances. Among the participants and invited guests of the festival will be Lviv residents as well as famous figures from other cities and even countries.
The scientific festival will last the whole day from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The festival program is divided into three blocks:
· “Think” – public speeches by speakers, including:
12:15 – Maria Pavlinchuk, former producer of “New Channel”, co-founder of the NGO “Movement of Oleksandr Pedana Junior”;
2:30 p.m. – Olesya Pavlyshyn, editor-in-chief of the popular science media “Kunsht” and Oksana Broshnivska, editor of the popular science media;
15:25 – Iryna Hnativ, head of the research center of Galichpharm JSC;
6:10 p.m. – Halyuk Bayraktar, CEO of Baykar Defense.
· “Create” – practical master classes during the day from the Creative Workshop “Sverlyk” and the Young Inventor’s Club with the support of Lviv Open Lab, the City Museum, the Inventor Stem-school, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, ECYGDA, the NGO “Courses of First Aid “SAV”” and others.
· “Impress” – science shows on stage:
11:00 – “First Scientific Theater”
12:15 – “Chemistry of living”
13:45 – VR-technologies “VReali”
14:45 – MAN Museum of Science in Kyiv
15:30 – Science show by DJ Johnny Blaze
5:00 p.m. – Direct connection from the Antarctic station “Akademik Vernadskyi”

As a reminder, the OL Science Festival will take place for the second time in a new format. This year it is prepared under the slogan #science_wins.
