The exemplary choreographic ensemble “ENERGY”, led by Iryna Storonianska, has returned to Ukraine in triumph from the international festival “BLACK SEA BREEZE”, held in Bulgaria.
Over the course of two days, members of the ensemble competed with other dance groups and showcased Ukrainian art on the international stage. Following the first competition day, two of “ENERGY”‘s routines were selected for the Gala Concert.
In the final part of the festival’s second day, only 11 performances took to the stage, among them the “ENERGY” ensemble. As a result of the competition, the dancers received a gold award, as well as a Special Award — a special cup from the judges.
A separate honour went to the ensemble’s director, Iryna Storonianska, who was presented with a Letter of Appreciation and a Distinction for her contribution to the development of the arts.
For the ensemble’s members, taking part in “BLACK SEA BREEZE” was not only an opportunity to demonstrate their skill, but also a chance to exchange experience with other dancers and to promote Ukrainian choreography abroad.
