The semi-final of the Roman Matys Memorial Cup concluded with the scores: Arlamivska Volya — Radenychi 7–2, Myshlyatychi — Chyshky 1–4. In the final of the Spring Cup, Khorosnytsia and Tvirzha drew 3–3, but the penalty shootout brought victory to the team from Khorosnytsia with a score of 3–2.
The final of the FFMMP Cup between Radenychi and Myshlyatychi ended with a score of 4–3 in favour of Radenychi. In the final of the Roman Matys Memorial Cup, Chyshky were defeated by Arlamivska Volya 1–5.
The best players of the tournament were: Andriy Firko from Khorosnytsia, Oleksiy Pylyp from Tvirzha, Vasyl Svitlytskyi from Radenychi, Nazar Mudragelya from Myshlyatychi, Volodymyr Zhukrovskyi from Chyshky, and Andriy Martynets from Arlamivska Volya.
