On January 31, at the Palace of Culture “Kristal” in Novoyavorivsk, a ceremonial awarding of participants of the 2025 Yavoriv District Championships in football for boys and children of various age categories took place.
Teams and best players in mini-football and futsal, as well as coaches who made a significant contribution to the development of youth football, received awards. The city mayor, Volodymyr Matselyukh, participated in the solemn ceremony. *”He congratulated the athletes on the end of the 2025 season, wished them new victories in 2026, and expressed gratitude to the coaches for their professionalism and diligent work.”*

During the event, the winners of the “Ask St. Nicholas for Peace for Ukraine and Protection for Defenders” contest, organized for young football players for St. Nicholas Day, were also awarded.
