Agricultural producers can take advantage of state support to purchase compound mineral fertilisers manufactured in Ukraine. The budget subsidy provided is up to 1,000 hryvnias per 1 hectare.
Applications for funding can be submitted from 1 to 31 October via the State Agrarian Register (DAR). Support is provided to those farmers who have purchased domestically produced compound mineral fertilisers and use them to grow their own agricultural products.
Only those fertilisers that meet the following criteria are eligible for the programme:
- produced in 2026;
- manufactured using the ammonium phosphate method;
- comply with the established composition requirements and contain the main nutrients — nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, as well as trace elements.
The subsidy is granted in accordance with the Procedure for the use of state budget funds to support agricultural producers, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 886 of 11 August 2021.
