In Lviv region, applications are currently being accepted for subsidies for growing vegetable, melon and legume crops under the Comprehensive Programme for the Support and Development of Agriculture in Lviv Region for 2021–2026, as reported by the Yavoriv District State Administration.
Financial support is available to agribusiness entities in the agro‑industrial sector. The subsidy amounts to up to 5,000 UAH per 1 ha of open‑field vegetable crops, melon and legume crops, excluding soya and potatoes. The maximum payment for a single business entity is up to 100,000 UAH.
Applications may be submitted from 1 June to 1 July 2026 to the Department of Agro‑Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration at: Lviv, 4 V. Chornovola Avenue, 9th floor, office 82.
A mandatory condition for receiving support is an average monthly wage of at least 13,500 UAH for the last reporting quarter. This rule does not apply to sole traders and members of farming households who receive income without being paid a salary.
