
They plan to build a new production and storage complex in Riasne-Ruske, which will provide 200 jobs for residents. The project includes administrative and utility buildings, shelters, and parking for bicycles and cars.
This complex, designed for 200 employees, will be an important element in supporting the industrial potential of the Lviv community. According to the project, the buildings will have three floors for administrative purposes, as well as production and utility premises, and a basement floor where shelters will be located.
The design includes inclusive features that will allow seamless movement for all less mobile groups of the population. Additionally, there will be a recreational area with outdoor furniture and green spaces, and for employees, many of whom live in the residential areas of Riasne-1 and Riasne-2, there will be a dedicated car and bicycle parking.
