Agricultural producers of the district are actively sowing spring crops for the 2023 harvest. This year, the area of early cereals is forecast to be 2,355 hectares. Despite the change in weather conditions, everything is going according to plan.
According to the Department of Economics of Agro-Industrial Development and Infrastructure of Yavorivska VA, farmers have already sown:
– spring wheat – 681 ha or 33.8% of the forecast
– barley – 77 hectares or 40.3% of the forecast
– oats – 109 hectares or 36.1% to the forecast
In general, spring field work in the agrarian district began at the beginning of March. As of today, farmers are provided with the necessary resources for the sowing campaign and are working with a good mood to provide the residents of the district with all the necessary food.
