With fanfare, young swimmers from Truskavets secured 13 prize places in the individual standings at the competition ‘Open Championship of Sheptytsky City in Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’, which took place on 14 March. This was reported on Facebook.
The championship saw the participation of 210 young athletes aged 12-15. The team from Truskavets, pupils of YUSC ‘Sportovets’, succeeded thanks to the coaching preparation by Ihor Pavliv. Among them were Oleksandr Kramar, Milana Maiboroda, Diana Yaniv, Matviy Salan, Sofiia Lyapun, Yevhen Melnychuk, Viktor Pahuta, Yakiv Shvets, Heorhii Shvets, and Anastasiia Asafat.
