From 20 October 2026 business entities in the livestock sector will be able to submit an application via the State Agrarian Register for partial compensation of costs associated with the construction and reconstruction of livestock facilities.
State support applies to the following facilities: farms and complexes for keeping cattle, sheep and goats, milking parlours, as well as capacities for processing category II and III animal by-products in cattle breeding, sheep farming and goat farming.
The amount of compensation will be up to 25% of the costs incurred for the construction or reconstruction of the specified facilities. Farms will be entitled to such support if the facilities were put into operation in 2025 or during January–September 2026.
Among the mandatory conditions: the construction or reconstruction of a facility must last at least three months, and the land plot on which it is located must be owned or used by the applicant for at least seven years as of the date of application.
The provision of this state support is stipulated by Resolution No. 950 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 6 August 2025.
