Energy-Resilient Project Begins in Lviv Region

A new pilot project has been launched in the Lviv Region to enhance the area’s energy resilience. By the end of the year, around 100 MW of generation is planned to be added.

The initiative aims to ensure that essential facilities, such as hospitals and schools, can operate continuously even if there are prolonged power outages. This has been made possible thanks to a memorandum signed with the international company Marsh and several energy companies.

This project could serve as a model for other regions, as plans are in place for widespread implementation of similar measures across Ukraine if it proves successful in our region.
