In January 2025, the police of Lviv region tackled serious tasks related to the search for minors. One such example is a search throughout the month, where the whereabouts of 42 children were established.
Playing a significant role in rapid intervention, the police received reports about potential disappearances and immediately took action. Out of 43 reports received during this period, 25 concerned minors.
Almost all (41 cases) of the children’s whereabouts were discovered within the first 24 hours after the reports. Such swift response is possible due to well-practiced methods and team experience.
It is important to note that preventative discussions were held with the located children, as well as with their parents. Moreover, law enforcement continues to search for 16-year-old David Kruzhilin from Naguyevychi village.
In case parents are unable to find their child on their own, they should contact the hotline 102, providing all essential information to assist in the search.
