The Sokal region is in mourning due to the loss of ATO participant Ivan Borys.
Ivan Nikonovych Borys, born on January 6, 1972, was a resident of the village of Shpykolosy. He was born in the village of Tartakiv, but later his family moved to Shpykolosy. Ivan graduated from Knyazhivka Secondary School and then obtained a secondary special education at Vocational School No. 67 in the city of Chervonohrad, specializing in “turner”.
Ivan was called to military service on September 1, 2014, in the National Guard of Ukraine, where he served for two years.
Ivan Borys is survived by his mother Hanna Mykhailivna, wife Halyna, as well as sons Ivan and Oleh, the latter of whom is currently defending Ukraine. Eternal memory to the Hero!
