Solonka Village Council has announced its integration with the SmartCity mobile app as part of its cooperation with the Portmone.com and YouControl services. The platform is designed to bring together the community’s key digital services in one convenient tool.
SmartCity functions as a single digital space for urban services and is available to smartphone users on Android and iOS. All services are collected in one app, so residents do not need to switch to third-party websites or portals.
To get started, users can choose a convenient way to log in: anonymously, by phone number, or via verification in “Diia”.
SmartCity currently offers the following features:
- air raid alerts;
- an interactive map of shelters and Points of Invincibility;
- payment for ASC services;
- display of public transport timetables and a map of community stops;
- payment of housing and utility services;
- submission of meter readings;
- payment of taxes and tax arrears;
- monitoring and payment of fines for traffic violations;
- money transfers and payment for other services;
- communication services — news feed and important notifications.
The Village Council notes that the list of services in SmartCity is planned to be gradually expanded so that residents can resolve even more issues online.
