Stryiteploenergo participates in a European energy efficiency project
Stryiteploenergo is one of the pilot enterprises in Europe where the central heating system will be transformed according to the requirements of the European Union. The enterprise continues to learn from the European experience in the heating supply system and implement the best global practices. Recently, the second meeting of the ENABLE DHC project, “Developing Strategies and Investment Plans for Energy-Efficient, Hybrid, and Digitalized Central Heating,” took place in the Croatian city of Rijeka.
The Goal of the ENABLE DHC Project
The ambitious ENABLE DHC project in Europe aims to accelerate the transformation of central heating systems in accordance with the EU’s Energy Efficiency Directive. The task for most European heating supply companies is to reduce heat energy losses below 15%, which is an indicator of the efficiency of the heat carrier transportation system.
Stryiteploenergo, along with Poltavateploenergo, became one of two heating supply enterprises representing Ukraine in this European energy project. After the development of investment plans for the pilot operators, their accumulated experience will be extended to 18 other participants.
