Now, only verified and registered terminals will have access to the Starlink network.
“All others will be disconnected. This is necessary for national defense”, the message states.
If you use Starlink at home or at work, from February 3, confirm through CNAP or via the Diia portal that the terminal belongs to you. The service is already available in all CNAPs in the region.
For individuals and individual entrepreneurs: find and record the terminal’s serial numbers, take your documents — passport and taxpayer card, and visit the CNAP with your documents. Submit an application to the administrator. It is free and quick. If you are registering more than 1 Starlink (up to 3 inclusive are allowed) – they will need to be presented to the administrator.
For businesses: log in on the Diia portal using a qualified electronic signature, enter the terminal data, check and sign the application. After verification, your Starlink will continue to operate in Ukraine without restrictions.
