Training in Belz: Development of Family Patronage

A two-day training dedicated to the development of family patronage was held in Belz.

On September 18–19, 2025, a training was held in the city of Belz as part of the project “A Family for Every Child: Development of Family Patronage.” The theme of the event: “The multidisciplinary team in the process of protecting children’s rights and organizing support for families with children in difficult life circumstances.”

Representatives from various services participated in the training, including the Children’s Services of the Belz City Council, the Social Protection Department, the CU “Center for Social Services of the Belz City Council,” the elder of the Belz community, and educators. Participants discussed issues of interagency cooperation and the role of specialists in working with children and families in crisis situations.

“Special thanks to Anna Hofryk, who organizes and conducts such events, fostering effective coordination of work between services and community specialists,” noted the organizers. Thanks were also extended to partners from the NGO “Partnership for Every Child” for their support in conducting events that enhance the effectiveness of services, ensure the protection of children’s rights, and create conditions for supporting families in difficult life circumstances.
