The Developer Adjusted the Project in Pid Holoskom After Discussions

In the Pid Holoskom neighbourhood, following consultations with residents, the developer decided to reduce the height of the future residential complex and reviewed the overall site layout. One of the most significant changes was the increase in the number of places in the nursery, to be handed over to the city, from 120 to 195 places.

The residential complex project envisages the construction of several buildings with heights of 6–8 floors, which are connected by a common lower section for commercial premises. After reaching an agreement with the residents, the developer plans to arrange approximately 240 parking spaces. This exceeds the number of flats, which total 171 units.

The city’s chief architect Anton Kolomeytsev noted that the developer took into account the wishes of local residents and reduced the height of the project, removing the road under the development to arrange a pedestrian zone. Additionally, the project includes the arrangement of a green space and a nursery.

“The developer considers all the residents’ wishes. We have created a balanced approach to development from the perspective of housing and commerce,” said Anton Kolomeytsev.

Yevhen Boiko, the executive committee manager of Lviv City Council, emphasised that all the residents’ proposals were considered, and the construction company committed to arranging a green space and increasing the capacity of the nursery. The city council’s land and environmental departments are working on appropriate decisions to approve the project.
