A young athlete from Sheptytskyi, 12-year-old Oleksandr Hryniv, secured an honorable third place at the prestigious Vilnius Open Youth 2025 international youth darts tournament, recently held in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
In the semifinals, Oleksandr faced 18-year-old Latvian darts expert Ralfs Laumanis. Although he was defeated, the young competitor put up a confident and respectable fight against the more experienced opponent.
The tournament was won by 16-year-old Keindji Steinbach from the Netherlands, who proved his skill in the final match.
The Sheptytskyi community warmly congratulates Oleksandr on his outstanding performance and wishes him continued success and future victories in the sport.
