Arseniy Mykulchyn won a silver medal at the World Youth Championship in Riga.
On July 13, the individual World Youth Championship in the 125 cc class, known as the FIM Track Racing Youth Gold Trophy, took place in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Twenty speedway riders from various countries participated in the competition. Arseniy Mykulchyn from Sheptytskyi and Volodymyr Skorokhod from Rivne represented Ukraine.
In a tense battle, Arseniy Mykulchyn secured the silver medal, bringing an honorable second place to Ukraine. This achievement marked an important step in his career.
The day before, after the results of an additional race with a Czech speedway rider, Arseniy won a bronze medal at the European 125 cc Youth Track Racing Cup.
