On March 27, in the wrestling hall of the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after S. Z. Gzhitskyi, the Lviv Oblast Championship among juniors and juniors (U20) in freestyle wrestling was held.
More than fifty young athletes took part in this event, competing for the titles of the best in their weight categories.

“These competitions became an important step in the formation of the national wrestling team of the Lviv region, which is preparing for the championship of Ukraine among juniors and juniors (U20). All-Ukrainian competitions will be held on April 12-15, 2024 in Zvyagel (Zhytomyr Region). We wish our athletes further victories and achievements!” – said the head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Roman Khimyak.
