The futsal players from Borshchovychi will represent the Lviv region at the national stage of the Plitch-o-plich school leagues.
The final of the regional stage of the futsal school leagues among girls from grades 9-11 took place on May 20th at the Bosco Arena. Four teams, which won at the school, territorial, and district stages, competed for the championship.
Winners and Prizes:
- 1st place – General Secondary Education Institution I-III st. Borshchovychi of Novoiarychivska Village Council;
- 2nd place – Secondary Comprehensive School 34 named after Markiyan Shashkevych;
- 3rd place – Sudovovyshniansky Lyceum named after Tadei Dmytrasevych.
The girls will later compete at the national stage of the Plitch-o-plich project, which will take place in June in Cherkasy.
“Plitch-o-plich All-Ukrainian School Leagues” is the largest sports project for students in Ukraine. Teams compete throughout the year in seven sports, from the school to the national stage.
