Pupils from Kam’yanka-Buzka claimed victory in the regional stage of the school handball league among 7th-8th-grade boys. This achievement became possible thanks to the final competitions, which took place on 28-29 April at the regional children’s and youth sports school.
The tournament featured 7 teams from various districts of the Lviv region that had advanced through initial and territorial stages. Participants included pupils from these institutions: the settlement of Nizhankovychi, NVK ‘Lysovytska Secondary School I-III levels – Lyceum’, Secondary School No.49 of Lviv, among others.
The winners were the team from Kam’yanka-Buzka — OZZSO No. 2 named after Hryhoriy Tyutyunnyk. Second place went to the team from Secondary School No.49 of Lviv, and third place to Dobrotvir Supportive Secondary School.
The winners will proceed to the national stage in Kyiv from 3 to 8 June.
