A team of athletes from Lviv won a victory at the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup stage, which took place in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The second stage of the World Cup lasted from June 13 to 16 and gathered 83 athletes from seven countries. Representing the national team of Ukraine, the Lviv athletes performed successfully: gold medals were won by Yuriy Savka, Taras Yarush, Yuriy Push, and Stanislav Kukurudz. **Team coaches**: Kostyantyn Kukurudz and Anzhela Boiko.
*Yuriy Holiak*, head coach of the Ukrainian national acrobatic gymnastics team, noted: \”It is hard to prepare in Ukraine due to air raids and missiles.\” The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine allocated funds for training camps in Azerbaijan.
After Baku, the team plans to participate in an international tournament in Rzeszów as a general rehearsal before the World Games in Chengdu, China.
