In the city of Ruse in Bulgaria, the first stage of the Youth European Cup in flying sport took place, with 316 athletes from 29 countries taking part. The representative of Lviv region, Serhii Seniura, won a bronze medal based on the results of the competition.
The Lviv resident competed in the team event in the U18 category together with athletes from Chernivtsi region, Oleksandr Murakhovskyi and Roman Ruban.
Serhii Seniura is a Master of Sport of Ukraine and a trainee of Comprehensive Children and Youth Sports School No. 1. He was prepared for the start by coaches Maria Havelko and Nazarii Kuzyk.
