Ukraine’s Best Archers Competed in Lviv
The best archers in Ukraine competed in Lviv at the Ministry of Defense’s summer sports training base from March 14-17.
Participants competed in the divisions of “Olympic Recurve” (the top 20/20 men and women by last season’s ranking) and “Compound Bow” (the top 8/8 respectively), representing 10 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv.
Athletes endured a unique archery marathon consisting of five qualifying rounds—10 scoring distances of 70 meters—where the winner and prize winners were determined by the sum of all distances.
