Lviv region has selected the teams that will represent the area in the national stage of the “Side by Side” school leagues.
The national school leagues “Side by Side” are the largest competitions among schoolchildren in Ukraine. Students compete in eight sports across five stages: school, territorial, district, regional, and national.
The fourth stage of the project has been completed in the Lviv region. Representing Lviv at the national stage will be: Sknyliv Gymnasium and Zhydachiv Secondary School I-III No. 2 in orienteering, Stryi Gymnasium 10 and Stryi Lyceum named after Andrii Korchak in volleyball, Secondary Comprehensive School 32 and Sokal School I-III No. 4 in basketball.
Additionally, OZZSO I-III No. 2 named after H. Tyutyunnik will compete in handball, Lyceum named after Ivan Puluj and Lyceum named after Hero of Ukraine Mykola Pankiv in cheerleading. In futsal, Strilkivskyi Lyceum and Secondary School I-III of Borshchovychi will compete, while Lviv Gymnasium “Prestige” will compete in rugby.
