Lviv athlete Maria Orlevych has won a silver medal at the U-20 World Wrestling Championships in Spain.
The wrestler (coaches: Orest Skobelskyi, Andrii Korsun), who competes in the 76 kg category, became the world vice-champion after the final of the competition, where she met a representative of India (0:5).
On her way to the final, Maria Orlevych defeated American Naomi Simon and Japanese Chizato Yoshida.
It should be added that this year Maria Orlevych also became the U-23 European champion.
