Lviv sportswoman Anna Maksimenko is a bronze medalist of the World Fencing Championship among cadets and juniors.
The fencer is on the podium of the World Championship for the second year in a row! As reported by the National Fencing Federation of Ukraine, yesterday she added junior bronze in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) to the cadet silver in 2022 in Dubai (UAE).
We will remind you that earlier this year the 15-year-old pupil of the Lviv Fencing School (coaches Zoryana Semeryak, Andriy Orlikovskyi) won two bronze medals (individual and team) of the European Cadet Championship, and also finished in first place in the ranking of the European Cadet Cycle 2022/23.
