Representatives of Lviv region participated in national sports competitions among local government leaders, administrations, and executive bodies.
For four days in Berehove, Transcarpathian region, national sports competitions were held among heads of territorial communities and their deputies, leaders of senior elder districts, heads of community executive bodies, heads of regional and district councils, and state administrations of Ukraine. The event was organized by the national physical culture and sports society “Kolos” with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Association of UTC.
Teams from 19 regions competed in 8 sports: futsal, volleyball, table tennis, darts, checkers, chess, billiards, and kettlebell sports. The team from Lviv region included athlete-officials from 8 communities in the area.
“The champion in checkers was Oksana Struk”. The first place in futsal was obtained by Kachmar Orest, Kavatsiv Yarema, Horodnyi Mykhailo, Rohach Nazar, Chikhrak Ihor, Chuplak Volodymyr, Major Yaroslav.
