At the European Shooting Championships in Burgas, athletes from Lviv region won 10 medals.
On the final day of the competition, Olha Lepska added a bronze medal to the collection in the SOLO pistol event. Earlier, she took second place in the team event (U21). Other athletes also showed high results. Zlata Kotsechko won a silver medal individually and a gold in the team event in the ‘PP-2’ exercise, as well as a bronze in the ‘duet’ exercise (U16) and silver in the ‘trio’ exercise (U16).
Rostyslav Mozil received silver in the team event in the ‘PP-2’ exercise and bronze in the ‘duet’ exercise (U16). Yulia Isachenko won bronze in the ‘duet’ exercise (U18) and silver in the team event (U21).
‘Let me remind you that shooting is one of the sports in demand among participants of the “League of the Invincibles”. In 2024, we held the Warrior’s Cup in this sport for the first time and it was so well-received by participants that there were two stages of the competition the following year. This year’s Warrior’s Cups in shooting will take place in August and December.
