“Congratulations to the shooters and coaches on their splendid results. As we have been reminded once again over these days, Ukrainian athletes in international competitions are not just about sports performances, but about Ukraine’s visibility for other nations. We exist, we fight, we have our own identity and dignity, and we are ready to defend them. Thus, the more our athletes step onto the podiums of large international events, the better for Ukraine,” stated Roman Khimyak, head of the sports, youth, and tourism department of Lviv OVA.
