Equestrian Sport Develops in Zymna Voda, Lviv Region

In the village of Zymna Voda in the Lviv region, one of Ukraine’s largest equestrian sports complexes, the “Equicor Equestrian sport complex”, is located. The complex covers 5 hectares and provides 150 jobs. It features several arenas, dozens of horses, open fields, indoor arenas, and modern stables.

The head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, visited the complex to familiarise himself with the training conditions and competition facilities. The owner of the complex, Petro Pysarchuk, explained that the idea for such a facility arose from his daughter Justyna’s passion for equestrian sports.

The complex also includes a children’s school, offering children and teenagers the opportunity to engage in equestrian sports in excellent conditions under the guidance of professionals. This fosters the development of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

The Lviv Regional State Administration collaborates with the complex as part of social initiatives, including the “League of the Unbroken” project, which provides activities for veterans and their families. Maksym Kozytskyi expressed gratitude to the complex’s owners, Oksana and Petro Pysarchuk, for their contribution to the development of equestrian sports.

Currently, another indoor arena is being constructed at the “Equicor” complex, which will allow for more large-scale sporting events involving Ukraine’s leading riders.
