More than four dozen veterans from five regions of Ukraine came to Lviv Oblast to take part in the IV Warriors’ Archery Cup
This was announced by Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The IV Warriors’ Cup was held as part of the regional project “League of the Unconquered”. The participants were veterans from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy, Volyn, Kyiv and Kyiv regions.
In addition to the competition, a masterclass in archery was held for more than 20 soldiers recovering in rehabilitation centres in our region.
“Today’s event has once again shown that life after war can be not only active but also full of new achievements. I congratulate all the participants and winners of the competition! Your stories inspire us not to give up in the face of difficulties. We will do everything to ensure that veteran sport develops and that our defenders have every opportunity to fulfil themselves in peaceful life,” added Maxim Kozitsky.
