Pavlo Korostylov became the world champion among military personnel in shooting sports.
The competition took place in Norway, where the athlete from Lviv region won a gold medal on June 27 in the individual 25-meter shooting event, scoring 589 points. Pavlo Korostylov is a representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Training and Sports Base of Summer Sports of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Lviv Regional ‘School of Higher Sports Excellence’. ‘He is coached by his father Serhiy Korostylov,’ said Roman Khimyak, director of the Department of Sports, Youth, and Tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
