Representatives of Lviv region – winners and prize-winners of the European Championship in self-defense combatives ISO

On April 11-14, Nagykanizsa (Hungary) hosted the ISO European Self-Defense Combat Championships for adults, juniors and young men.

322 athletes from 13 countries were competing to determine the best. Five representatives of the Lviv region, who train under the guidance of Viktor Lazurko, competed as part of the national team of Ukraine.

THE RESULTS OF OUR ATHLETES

Yulia Lazurko, weight category – 50 kg, adults:
1st place in the K1 section,
1st place in the K1 light section,
1st place in the kick light section.

Dmytro Voskoboynik, weight category – 60 kg, adults:

1st place in the K1 section (received a belt at the gala evening for one of the best fights).
🥇🥈Grytsiuk Darii, weight category – 60 kg, boys:
1st place in the K1 light section,
2nd place in the kick light section.

🥇🥇Ohiychuk Ilariya, weight category – 55 kg, boys:
1st place in the K1 light section,
1st place in the kick-light section.

🥇🥈Kotsur Anastasia, weight category – 55 kg, juniors:
1st place in the K section,
2nd place in the K1 light section.

On Saturday, April 13, the title fight for the title of world champion among professionals in the weight of 50.5 kg between Ukrainian Yulia Lazurko and Hungarian representative Betina Bokora took place at the gala evening. After five rounds, Yulia Lazurko won the title of World Professional Women’s Champion and received the champion’s belt.

“All the athletes are representatives of the Union club, which has a long history, and among its trainees are dozens of winners and prize-winners of international and national kickboxing, Thai boxing and MMA competitions,” said Roman Khimyak, head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
