The Open Swimming Championship took place in Lutsk on December 19–20, where over 180 participants competed.
Participants from Ternopil, Rivne, Kovel, Berezne, Lutsk, and Sheptytskyi represented their cities in the tournament. **Athletes from Sports School No. 2** competed in three age categories. Winners were determined in all-around events at distances of 50, 100, 200 m in freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, as well as in individual medley (100, 200, 400 m).
In the all-around breaststroke, *”silver”* was claimed by Matviy Smerechanskyi, and a *”bronze”* medal was awarded to Margarita Romankova. Two more medals were won by Khrystyna Huk and Yevhen Dvorak. Khrystyna secured second place in the all-around backstroke, and Yevhen took third in the same discipline.
