On the final day of the Wheelchair Fencing World Cup, the national Paralympic national team of Ukraine won a whole set of awards, some of them thanks to athletes from the Lviv Region.
In total, as a result, Ukrainian parafencers won 9 high awards: 2 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals. 11 out of 16 athletes of the national team won high awards, 7 of them are multi-medalists.
Nataliya Mandryk, Nadiya Dyolog, Olga Yesin and Nataliya Morkvych from Lviv won the silver award in the rapier team competition. Previously, Natalia also won bronze in the individual event.
Artem Manko, Dmytro Seryozhenko and Andriy Demchuk and Anton Datsko from Lviv won the bronze medal in saber fencing in the team competition. Anton also won bronze in the individual event.
