A significant event in the world of sports took place — Titans Cup-2025, which gathered fans of wheelchair basketball at the “Galychyna” sports palace. On February 8-9 of this year, the venue came alive with games featuring top Ukrainian teams from Lviv, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa, as well as the special team “Invictus”. The tournament included participation from over fifty basketball players with disabilities, including veterans.
Among the teams that showed the highest results were Kharkiv Basket, who won gold medals, followed by Titans-Lviv and the team TYTANOVI from Kyiv. All participants demonstrated a high level of skill and relentless sportsmanship.
The Titans Cup was organized by the efforts of the Lviv Regional Military Administration’s Department of Youth and Sports, “Invasport”, and BC “Titans-Lviv”. The grand competition is usually an integral part of the “League of the Unconquered” project, which offers numerous opportunities for sports and rehabilitation.
The main inspiration for the project is Pavlo Kozak, a rehabilitation specialist, mentor, and active participant in community life. These competitions emphasize the importance of sports as a tool for rehabilitation and social adaptation.
