Ukrainian Cheerleading Cup: Victories and Support for the Armed Forces

The XXI Ukrainian Cheerleading Cup took place in Lviv, where new winners were determined and support for the Armed Forces was demonstrated.

The competition, held on November 29–30 at Bosco Arena, was a summary event for 2025. It was a key stage in the formation of the Ukrainian national team, which will compete on international arenas in 2026. More than 2000 athletes from 17 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv participated, performing in 95 program categories.

“Lviv was represented by cheerleaders from the clubs Lviv Angels, Nancy Dolls, Cheer_FENIX_Chervonohrad, BeLLa, and MAVKY. They won more than 60 sets of awards,” said Roman Khimyak, the director of the Department of Sports, Youth, and Tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration.

A special moment of the competition was the appearance of an honorary guest, Deputy Commander of the 241st Brigade Oleksiy Fandetsky, who addressed the participants with words of support. The brigade’s soldiers presented a flag with the signatures of Defenders, which became a symbol of unity and mutual support.

For the first time, teams from the All-Ukrainian School League in cheerleading were invited to participate, giving young athletes the opportunity to make a name for themselves on the national stage.
