“Lviv region ranks first in the ranking of national kyokushinkai karate federations. The number of local branches is one of the largest in Ukraine, and the representation of athletes in the national team is more than 20 athletes. We have this result primarily thanks to the coordinated work of the regional Kyokushinkai Karate branch and its leader Oleksandr Korol”, – says the head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Roman Khimyak.
