Ukrainian Cycling Championship in Zhovkva: Remembering Andrii Kutsenko
⚡️⚡️⚡️Zhovkva hosted the Ukrainian Road Cycling Championship in memory of Andrii Kutsenko.
✅ The event saw participation from 130 of the best athletes from all corners of our country.
These competitions were dedicated to the cherished memory of Andrii Kutsenko – our fellow compatriot, who lived and worked in Italy, but when the full-scale war began, he returned and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In July of last year, Andrii Kutsenko fought his last battle in the Donetsk region. Forever in our hearts!
Congratulations to Participants and Support for Cycling
Congratulations to all participants and winners of the competition. I wish you to not stop at your achievements, to believe in your strength, in your teams, and in our resilient Ukraine!
Special thanks to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Department of Sports, Youth, and Tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration, the Ukrainian Cycling Federation, the Lviv Cycling Federation, and all partners who helped make this championship bright and memorable.
In recent years, we have invested more than 2 million hryvnias from the regional budget in the development of cycling. And this support will continue because Ukrainian sport deserves the best!
Together we are building a strong, athletic, and free Ukraine!
